Gen*ethix, an online Bioethics game, with errors

There's a bioethics "game" online, Gen*ethix. Evidently, the game was written in 2003 or 2004.

The player has his choice of three games. There's video and text explaining the premises and the opportunity to click on answers and choices and to type in your own opinion about the ethical dilemma posed by the game.

Unfortunately, there is an error in explaining stem cells from bone marrow. The statement is that the bone marrow stem cells only make blood cells.

Here's a simple plan.

Conservatives should all go overboard promoting birth control. It should be the centerpiece of the RNC 2008 platform. Tom Selleck should do a series of PSAs. Ann Coulter should get into the act. (I've seen her up close. She's hot.)

No more unwanted pregnancies.

No more abortions.

No more stem cell research.

That's what you guys want. Please explain why the events of my first paragraph aren't about to happen.

Anon,

Non sequitors like this can give you whiplash.

Birth control has nothing to do with stem cell research and both conservatives and liberals can recognize an error in fact: bone marrow stem cells do not only make blood cells.
