I'm studying up to be able to answer some very tough questions by Lydia from an earlier post.
While "Googling" "Oct 3/4," I found this ad, for "Yamanaka StemCell Factors." as sold by "www.addgene.com."
Addgene.com is selling the plasmids mentioned in Takahashi and Yamanaka's "Induction of pluripotent stem cells from mouse embryonic and adult fibroblast cultures by defined factors."

Your ignorance on very basic tenets of 'bench' research is staggering to say the least.
Again, as I said in response to your post on Pharyngula, you have no idea what you're talking about and are doing a great many people a tremendous disservice by speaking on such topics.
Got any particular points or references to back up your opinion?
Jesse, I've been on Pharyngula, too, and was amazed by the lack of basic knowledge of human reproductive biology being displayed by the host, and with those who agree with the host. I really wouldn't be throwing stones if I were you...
